Effective Date: 28th June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps, games, websites and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Rocket Jump Limited ("Rocket Jump", "we", "us"), including Major Mayhem, Major Mayhem 2, Mini Golf Worlds and related services. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. End User License Agreement
1.1 License Grant
Rocket Jump grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.
1.2 Usage Restrictions
You may not commercially exploit, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the apps, or create derivative or competitive services. You may not copy, distribute or republish any content from the Service without authorization, and you must preserve all copyright and proprietary notices.
1.3 Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Service, including any export and import regulations.
1.4 Modification Rights
Rocket Jump may modify, suspend or discontinue the apps, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, and assumes no liability for doing so.
1.5 Ownership
The apps are licensed, not sold. Rocket Jump retains all right, title and interest in and to the apps and the Service, including all intellectual property rights. Rocket Jump's company names, logos and trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.
1.6 Advertising
The apps may display advertising, including on startup, on shutdown and during gameplay, in formats such as banners and interstitials.
2. User Content
2.1 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). Rocket Jump does not guarantee any backup of User Content and may remove or delete it at any time.
2.2 Content License
By making User Content available through the Service, you grant Rocket Jump an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
2.3 Feedback Rights
Any suggestions, ideas or feedback you provide are non-confidential and become the property of Rocket Jump, which may use them for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.
2.4 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload, post or transmit any content that:
- infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
- is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, hateful or violent;
- is harmful to minors in any way;
- constitutes spam, malware, or unauthorized collection of others' data; or
- attempts denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized access to any system.
2.5 Enforcement
Rocket Jump may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove, modify or disable access to any User Content.
3. Term and Termination
These Terms take effect when you first use the Service and continue while you access or use it. Rocket Jump may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Your User Content may be deleted upon termination. The sections covering indemnification, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Jump from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms. You may not settle any such claim without Rocket Jump's prior written consent.
5. Third Parties
5.1 Application Stores
The apps depend on third-party application stores (such as Apple's App Store and Google Play). You must comply with those platforms' terms and pay any associated fees. The applicable application stores are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
5.2 Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party services (such as leaderboards and advertising networks). Rocket Jump does not control, endorse or warrant these services, and you access them at your own risk.
5.4 Other Users
Rocket Jump does not control User Content and assumes no responsibility for interactions between users of the Service.
5.5 Release
You release Rocket Jump from any claims relating to third parties, other users or advertisers. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release."
6. Disclaimers
6.1 "As-Is" Provision
The apps and the Service are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. Rocket Jump does not warrant that the Service will be available, secure, or error-free.
6.2 Jurisdictional Carve-out
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Damage Caps
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Jump and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Rocket Jump's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. Suppliers shall have no liability whatsoever.
7.2 Jurisdictional Carve-out
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Fees
You are responsible for paying all applicable fees for the apps and any in-app purchases, including virtual currency, coins, gems, levels and other enhancements.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Changes to these Terms
Rocket Jump may revise these Terms from time to time, with 30 days' notice by email or by posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.2 Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to our contact email.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rocket Jump regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; Rocket Jump may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
